It is the process of making the tooth color of people who are not satisfied with the current color of their teeth 2 or 3 shades whiter than the current color within a few days. It is applied with clinical office type single session laser method or home type specially prepared transparent plate by applying gel inside.
Our patients who come to our clinic for office-type teeth whitening need 1 or 2 sessions of 20 minutes each and get a snow-white smile with the reaction of laser beams with the gel applied to the teeth.
In home whitening, our patients are given transparent trays prepared according to the structure of the mouth and teeth and gels to be applied to them. Our patients then keep these plaques and gel in the mouth for a minimum of 5 hours a day. 2. or At the end of the 3rd day, they have white teeth.
One of the misconceptions about teeth whitening is that teeth whitening is harmful. The new generation whitening agents applied in our clinic do not cause irreversible damage to the teeth. The whiteness obtained with teeth whitening has an average permanence of 1 to 2 years.
In order for the whiteness to be more permanent, our patients are given oral hygiene training in our clinic after the procedure.
