Dr.Dt.Mert Akbaş was born in Adana in 1987. In 2012, she graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Dentistry.

In 2013, she started Bezmialem University Oral Implantology Master’s Program with Thesis and completed her Master’s Program in 2015.

In 2018, he started his PhD program in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and Diseases at Istanbul University and completed it in 2023 and continues his academic life at Nişantaşı University. Since this year, she has been working full time in her own clinic.
