The Treatment Protocol we apply to our patients to have a Hollywood Smile:

Hollywood Smile Treatment

A ‘Hollywood Smile’ Treatment involves cosmetic procedures to achieve the perfect shape, color and size of the teeth. The most common cosmetic procedure is Laminate Veneers, a thin ceramic designed to cover the surface of your own teeth, or E-Max Veneers, a thicker full ceramic.

Each smile is custom (digitally) designed to fit your unique facial features, providing a smile that is unique to the individual.

Ceramic Coatings are applied for the following reasons:

• Permanent correction of stains on tooth enamel that cannot be removed using whitening procedures

What is done during Hollywood Smile Treatment?

Session 1 – Consultation and Smile Assessment

During your Consultation and Smile Assessment, our dentists will examine your teeth to determine if Ceramic Veneers are the right choice for you and explain the full scope of the ‘Hollywood Smile Design’ treatment.

Session 2 – Digital Smile Preview and Application

Based on the initial consultation requirements, a temporary crown is created, ready to be applied if the patient likes the design. Digital Smile Design preview is also shown to the patient during this session.

Session 3 – Permanent Placement

In the third session, your customized Ceramic Veneers are cemented.

Our dentist places the veneers on your teeth for evaluation and control. These may need to be cut or replaced to ensure a perfect fit.

Session 4 – Control

After the teeth have been cemented (fitted), if possible after a few weeks, a follow-up appointment is necessary to make sure that everything is perfect. The patient’s mouth, gums and ceramic veneers and their compatibility with each other are checked. If there is no problem, ‘Hollywood Smile Treatment’ is completed.

E-MAX

Lithium Disilicate is an all-ceramic material called glass.

Aesthetically, it is one of the closest options to natural; porcelain can be placed on it, it is highly preferred in Aesthetic Dentistry because it has a transparent structure (light transmittance) and is compatible with other natural teeth.

Aesthetically preferred, E-MAX teeth look very similar to real teeth and are usually used in anterior teeth (front teeth). The material is natural and thin, making it ideal for front teeth.

ZIRCONIUM

It is a type of ceramic that is white in color and in powder form.( Zirconium Dioxide)

Extremely strong against chewing forces, this material is resistant to abrasion and very difficult to break.

Since zirconium is more resistant to chewing forces, it is more preferred in posterior teeth (back teeth). Especially in the presence of Bruxism (teeth grinding), zirconium is preferred (together with botox treatment).
